FoodReport is a food fraud and VACCP intelligence platform aggregating publicly available regulatory data (recalls, incidents, and alerts) from official global sources.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, subject, and the message you send us.
  • Account data (if you sign in): email address and authentication metadata provided by our identity provider.
  • Technical logs: standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

  • To respond to contact-form messages you send us.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for marketing without your consent.

Retention

Contact-form messages are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for reference. You can request deletion of your submission at any time.

Your rights (PIPEDA and equivalent)

If you are located in Canada, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to our use of it.
