FoodReport is a food fraud and VACCP intelligence platform aggregating publicly available regulatory data (recalls, incidents, and alerts) from official global sources.

- Contact form submissions: name, email address, subject, and the message you send us.
- Account data (if you sign in): email address and authentication metadata provided by our identity provider.
- Technical logs: standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) used to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
- To respond to contact-form messages you send us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for marketing without your consent.
Retention
Contact-form messages are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for reference. You can request deletion of your submission at any time.
Your rights (PIPEDA and equivalent)
