FoodReport

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FoodReport. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

FoodReport aggregates publicly available food safety, recall, and fraud information from official regulatory sources, and provides VACCP-oriented analysis tools. It is a risk-intelligence aid — not legal advice, not a certification, and not a substitute for a qualified food safety professional or the original regulatory source.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
  • Do not scrape or redistribute data in ways that breach the terms of the underlying regulatory source.
  • Do not use the service to submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed under your account.

Content and accuracy

Displayed signals reflect the sources currently connected. Coverage, latency, and completeness vary by jurisdiction and source. Confirm any recall or fraud signal against the originating official source before taking operational or public-health decisions.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodReport and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
